Werkhart at the Review Meeting of TMCCBED

Werkhart’s Chief Architect Mr. Zhenliang Qu is invited to the Review Meeting of Technical Measures for Chinese Civil Building and Engineering Design. These measures were prepared by China Institute of Building Standard under the leadership of Ministry of Construction PRC. There is a volume that illustrates specifically the energy efficiency technologies available to Chinese architects and engineers. Mr. Qu draws upon his expertise in building energy efficiency design and shares his observations and viewpoints with his counterparts present at the same meeting.
