Mr. Tao Tao at the Urban Planning and City Culture Summit

Werkhart Director Mr. Tao Tao attended the Urban Planning and City Culture Summit held in Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei Province.
Co-hosted by the CCPIT Real Estate Commission, China Index Research Centre and Sohu.com, the summit extended invitations to a group of prestigious specialists and scholars to debate over a few hot topics. They provided their analysis of the impact of urban planning on real estate development, and the drive to urban extension by city loops. Mr. Tao Tao pointed out that our cities have evolved to their current shape against a particular historic background, which therefore dictates that they move towards globalization while maintaining their own local identity.
