Mr. Yi Zou Invited to the Fourth Session of Asia-Pacific Conference on Real Estate Finance & Investment, China

Mr. Yi Zou, General Manager of Wisenova (a subsidiary of Werkhart group) accompanied by Werkhart International Asia-Pacific Manager Mr. Hans-Dieter Neumann, was invited to deliver a speech at the fourth session of Asia-Pacific Conference on Real Estate Structural Finance & Investment at Hotel Nikko New Century, Beijing.
The conference was hosted by the Singapore Pinnacle Group, and is the first single conference that brings together real estate finance and securitization issues. It intends to provide an opportunity for investors, bill brokers and real estate developers to debate over the latest know-how in making investment and study the latest property products.
Mr. Zou delivered a speech entitled 2007 Strategies in Chinese Real Estate Investment, where he analyzed the values of Chinese regions and cities, the values of Chinese property forms before putting forward concrete strategies and proposals.
