Mr. Tao Tao Invited to China Villa Fair

Werkhart International China Manager Mr. Tao Tao was invited to the fourth session of China Villa Fair in Shanghai. The event was hosted by China Villa Index System and programmed by SouFun Global. The specialists and celebrities in the industry analyzed the landscape and trends of the villa market in China. The fair was broken into five general forums, i.e. Shanghai Sheshan Villa Forum, Dialogue between Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guanzhou Villas. Chinese Villa Culture Forum, Chinese Villa Marketing Forum and Chinese Villa Product Forum, which provided the guests with an opportunity to exchanges views on Chinese villa culture, the social responsibilities of Chinese villa developers as well as the marketing strategy and sales channels of villa products. Mr. Tao stressed while addressing the audience that Chinese people should have villas Made for Them; the villas have to comply with the local Chinese policies under the sustainable development ideal; villa energy design concepts and technology systems capable of meeting international standards should be developed while introducing the latest building technology from other countries into China.
