Werkhart International Director Mr. Quinn Lu attended China Real Estate Green Building Development Seminar today and delivered a speech themed on Revolutionary New Green Building Products of 2007. He has analyzed the latest trends in green building application by drawing upon multiple case studies. He has pointed out that building material selection should always agree with the specific local conditions when making the design; there can be ecologic courtyard, solar-ventilating wall, sun shade as well as ventilation; energy efficiency will not be maximized unless with comprehensive consideration.
