Trip to Inner Mongolia

Date: 2007-07-20

The full crew of Werkhart International Beijing Office has spent a delightful weekend in Huitenxile Plateau, Inner Mongolia. The plateau is well-known as a garden of wild flowers in the breast of elm forests. Every year the breezes of summer turn this highland into an ocean of gold wild flowers, which offers a haven for weary office employees. However, the view of the landscape was slightly compromised by a little drizzle. This though has not damped the high mood of Werkhart people overwhelmed already by rejoice and excitement. They threw themselves into assorted amusements like horse-riding, country-hiking as well as picnicking during the daytime. When the dusk set in, a bonfire marked the start of an exalting evening party where every one sang and danced to the folk song by local Mongolian artists.

A tourist trip is organized every year for Werkhart International staff. On some measures this is more important than any other occasions in that people are given an opportunity to know others in a relaxing and sincere way, which would help consolidate the ground for efficient teamwork in the future.
