Dr. Yunwei Zhao, Vice General Manager of Werkhart Beijing Office attended the 4th session of China Tourism and Resort Forum where he delivered a speech themed on the comparison between Chinese tourist real estate market and its international counterparts, as well as on the trends of these markets.
Chinese tourism and themed resort industry experiencing rapid growth, this session of CTR focused on multiple topics including particularly the analysis of Chinese tourist industry landscape and prospective, as well as themed resorts. It has been launched also to coincide with the 2008 Olympic Games which will bring China to the stage and give Chinese economy a strong boost without any doubt.
