Dr. Li Liu attended 2007 Senior Workshop on Real Estate Planning and Design of Bestseller Floor Type & Landscape and delivered a speech in the presence of ranking officials of Ministry of Construction PRC and prestigious experts in floor-type and landscape. He has addressed specifically the current real estate market landscape, the coming trends in this field, the application of energy-saving technologies and the quality and comfort upgrade process. This event is hosted by China Real Estate Training Association desiring to introduce experience in design approach of leading floor-type, energy-efficient building and landscape. It also aspires to improve mutual understanding between developers and architects with the ultimate goal to bring Chinese planning and design of energy efficient building and landscape up to the top. This session has put on schedule multiple topics, including 2007 Trends in Real Estate Strategy and Landscape of Market as well as Trends in International Real Estate Planning.
