Werkhart Won a Green Building Award

At the International Housing Association (IHA) Conference 2007 hosted by All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce in Beijing, Werkhart International was presented the Award of Outstanding Contribution to Green Building, an acknowledgement to the company’s dedication to sustainable building design. The IHA, a non-government organization founded in the US in 1984, holds a midyear conference biannually upon a specific theme. This session was focused on green real estate development and has invited representatives form a dozen of member states spanning the US, Australia, Canada and the UK. An Architecture Award was established so as to pay tribute to the Chinese entrepreneurs, specialists and businesses who have helped to boost green building development.
