Mr. Lu at China Headquarters Economy Development Summit

Werkhart International director Mr. Quinn Lu was invited to China Headquarters Economy Development Summit (CHEDS) opened in Shanghai. This summit was hosted by China International Industry Fair and undertaken by Shanghai Research Institute of International Economy and Trade. Themed on Promoting Regional Economic Cooperation and Advancing Urban Industrial Evolution, the attendees analyzed the landscape of the majority headquarters park by drawing upon the success stories of the headquarters parks in the metropolises around the globe, studying the latest national development strategy, as well as reflecting upon the growth of the most important Chinese economic zones like the Yangtze River Delta, the Perl River Delta and the Bohai Rim. This summit also provided a good opportunity for large enterprises in China and abroad to build up understanding with consulting service providers. Werkhart International director Mr. Quinn Lu made a speech titled the Planning and Development of Headquarters Parks, with which he expounded on siting strategy, promise of suburban ecologic office development, tendency of detached corporate facility development and other related issues.
