Dr. Li Liu was awarded the Top 10 Influential Designers of Public Buildings in China in the Awarding Ceremony of Influential Business Real Estate in China held in Beijing on Jan 8, 2006 . It is an authoritative prize in China with professional judges from the Ministry of Construction, China Real Estate Association, and Global Real Estate Institute. The activity is orientated to build an economy society and promote energy efficiency. All the winners have original accomplishments in public buildings design. Dr. Liu was awarded due to his mature design concepts and successful works around China including Jianye Landmark in Zhengzhou , Henan province, Bluetooth Crystal in Shenzhen and Qingdao International Airport New Terminal. These projects have contributed as the examples for the sound development of the public buildings.
