Liufei, Director of Architetural Technology Department, delivered a lecture on 2006 China Real Estate and Market Development Seminar on January 8, 2006 . Sponsored by the Policy Research Center of the Construction Ministry, and collaborated by the Finance Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council, the seminar is oriented towards the macro situation of real estate development in 2006, related policies in finance and land during real estate development. Organizations participated in the seminar include National Development and Reform Commission, Development Research Center, Bank of Construction, Real Estate Developing Corporations and relevant institutions. The topic of Liu's lecture is the Green Real Estate Design and Investment in Future, in which he stresses adopting systematic ecological measures to achieve both high comfort and low energy consumption and illustrates relevant technologies through the examples designed by Werkhart International.
